PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR MATERIALS. The Contractor will also be allowed partial payments to the extent of ninety percent (90%) of the manufacturer’s, supplier’s, distributor’s or fabricator’s invoice cost of accepted materials to be incorporated in the work on the following conditions: 8.4.3.1 The materials are delivered and properly stored at the site of the work; or 8.4.3.2 For special items of materials accepted by the Project Manager, the materials are delivered to the Contractor or subcontractor(s) and properly stored in an acceptable location within a reasonable distance to the site of the work.
