Partial Payments and Deductions. (a) The rate of deduction for a day without pay shall be defined as 1/187th of the current annual salary of the teacher. (b) A teacher who is employed full-time for less than a complete school year shall be paid on the basis of 1/187th of the applicable annual salary for each instructional day taught by the teacher. (c) Part-time teachers shall be paid according to their placement on the basic salary schedule, prorated according to their percentage of the FTE assignment.
