Common use of Partial Reconveyance; No Reconveyance in Default Clause in Contracts

Partial Reconveyance; No Reconveyance in Default. Holder may, regardless of consideration, cause the reconveyance of any part of the Property from the lien of this Deed of Trust without in any manner affecting or impairing the lien or priority of this Deed of Trust as to the remainder of the Property. No partial reconveyance shall be sought, requested or required if any Default has occurred which has not been cured.
