Participant Access Clause Samples

The Participant Access clause defines the rights and conditions under which participants may access certain resources, services, or information within a program or agreement. Typically, it outlines eligibility requirements, the scope of access granted, and any limitations or procedures for obtaining access, such as registration or approval processes. This clause ensures that only authorized individuals can utilize specified resources, thereby maintaining security, order, and proper use within the context of the agreement.
Participant Access. LA WIC may assess the adequacy of participant access prior to denial of a Vendor Application, termination of an Existing Vendor Agreement and/or disqualification of an Existing Vendor. Participant access is determined at the sole discretion of LA WIC and the validity or appropriateness of LA WIC’s participant access determinations are not subject to administrative review. LA WIC reserves the right to recruit Vendors in areas where participant access issues may exist.
Participant Access. Each Participant must sign the Link EHR Access Participant Agreement, and each User must sign the SCVHHS Request for EpicCare Link Access. Signed Agreements must be returned to County before access will be granted to Users.

Participant Access. Vendors will also be selected based on access to WIC participants. Specifically, if at all possible, at least one vendor contract will be maintained in rural counties where a WIC clinic is located. Note that the Iowa WIC Program does not limit the number of vendors who may participate in the agency service area.
Participant Access. Each Participant is entitled at its cost to full access during normal business hours to, and to inspect and take copies of, all Accounting Records and Business Records of the Project.
