Common use of Participant After-Tax Benefit Dollars Clause in Contracts

Participant After-Tax Benefit Dollars. An Employer shall credit to the Account of each Participant the amount of contributions made to the Plan, as elected by the Participant, as Participant After-Tax Benefit Dollars. For this purpose, the Employer may withhold contributions from the Compensation of the Participant provided that the Participant has given consent.
