Common use of Participant as Principal Clause in Contracts

Participant as Principal. If a Participant or any licensee (or licensed or certified appraiser) affiliated with a Participant has any interest in a property, the listing of which is to be dissemi- nated through Central Texas MLS, that person shall disclose that interest when the listing is filed with Central Texas MLS and such information shall be dissemi- nated to all Central Texas MLS Participants.
