Common use of Participant Funding Clause in Contracts

Participant Funding. 9.1 Decisions regarding participant funding by the Agency under the federal Participant Funding Program, and decisions on local intervener funding by the ERCB as provided for in the Energy Resources Conservation Act, ERCB Rules of Practice and the ERCB’s Directive 31: Guidelines for Energy Proceeding Cost Claims will, to the extent practicable, take into account decisions of the other party.
