Participant Undertaking Participant hereby agrees to take whatever additional action and execute whatever additional documents the Corporation may deem necessary or advisable in order to carry out or effect one or more of the obligations or restrictions imposed on either Participant or the Purchased Shares pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
Employee Signature I certify that I have read this complete agreement and provided the information necessary for the employer to administer the plan and that my salary reductions will not exceed the elective deferral or contribution limits as determined by Applicable Law. Participant Acceptance Participant must accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement either electronically through the electronic acceptance procedure established by the Company or through a written acceptance delivered to the Company in a form satisfactory to the Company.
