Participant to participant. The insurer will indemnify the insured in respect of bodily injury or damage caused to one participant by another participant in any event organised by the insured, provided that: a) such participant is not entitled to indemnity under any other policy; and b) the insurer will not be liable for any amount in excess of the limit of indemnity stated in the schedule.
