Common use of Participant Undertaking Clause in Contracts

Participant Undertaking. Participant hereby agrees to take whatever additional action and execute whatever additional documents the Corporation may deem necessary or advisable in order to carry out or effect one or more of the obligations or restrictions imposed on either Participant or the Purchased Shares pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

Participant Undertaking. The Participant hereby agrees to take whatever additional action and execute whatever additional documents the Corporation Company may deem necessary or advisable in order to carry out or effect one or more of the obligations or restrictions imposed on either the Participant or the Purchased Shares Restricted Stock Units pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

The Participant hereby agrees to take whatever additional action and execute whatever additional documents the Corporation Company may deem necessary or advisable in order to carry out or give effect one or more to any of the obligations or restrictions imposed on either the Participant or the Purchased Restricted Shares pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

The Participant hereby agrees to take whatever such additional action and execute whatever such additional documents the Corporation Company may deem necessary or advisable in order to carry out or effect one or more of the obligations or restrictions imposed either on either the Participant or the Purchased Shares upon this Unit award pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

Participant hereby agrees to take whatever additional action and execute whatever additional documents the Corporation may in its judgment deem necessary or advisable in order to carry out or effect one or more of the obligations or restrictions imposed on either the Participant or the Purchased Shares pursuant to the express provisions of this Agreement.

The Participant hereby agrees to take whatever additional action actions and execute whatever additional documents the Corporation Company may in its reasonable judgment deem necessary or advisable in order to carry out or effect one or more of the obligations or restrictions imposed on either the Participant or the Purchased Shares pursuant to the express provisions of this AgreementAgreement or the Plan.

Participant hereby agrees to take whatever additional action and execute whatever additional documents the Corporation Company may in its judgment deem necessary or advisable in order to carry out or effect one or more of the obligations or restrictions restrictions, including, without limitation, those set forth in Section 4, imposed on either Participant or the Purchased Shares Restricted Stock pursuant to the express provisions of the Plan and this AgreementAward.
