The Administrator shall directly, or indirectly through one or more Affiliates (as defined below) or third parties as described in Section 1(b), engage and maintain personnel for the purpose of providing the following services (collectively, the “Services”) to the Issuer and Masterworks Cayman:

Provision of Services by the Administrator. Subject to the Administrator (or the Administrator's Delegate, if appropriate) receiving all necessary data, documents, funds, information or instructions in accordance with Clause 6.2.1, the Administrator must use its reasonable endeavours to provide (or procure the provision of) the Services in a manner appropriate to a professional pension scheme administrator, and must use its reasonable endeavours to provide them within the time limits set out in Schedule 2 or, if otherwise, within a reasonable time.
