PARTICIPANT VOLUNTARY NONDEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTIONS. 3.2.1 If elected by the Employer in the Adoption Agreement, each Participant while actively employed may make Participant Voluntary Nondeductible Contributions in cash in a dollar amount or a percentage of Compensation which does not, when included in the Contribution Percentage Amount, exceed the limitations set forth in Code Section 401(m).
