Participants Committee Sample Clauses
The Participants Committee clause establishes a formal group composed of representatives from the parties involved in an agreement. This committee typically meets at regular intervals to oversee the implementation of the contract, make joint decisions on key issues, and resolve disputes or operational matters that arise during the course of the relationship. By creating a structured forum for collaboration and decision-making, the clause ensures ongoing communication, coordinated management, and efficient resolution of issues, thereby reducing misunderstandings and promoting the smooth execution of the agreement.
Participants Committee. At its annual meeting, the Participants Committee shall elect from among its members a Chair and Vice-Chair; it shall also elect a Secretary who shall not be a member. These officers shall have the powers and duties usually incident to such offices and as set forth in the Committee bylaws.
