Participants’ Obligations Several. Except as otherwise provided in Section 11 of this Agreement, Purchaser and each of the other SCPPA Participants shall be solely responsible and liable for performance under its respective Power Sales Agreement. The obligation of Purchaser to make payments under this Agreement is a several obligation and not a joint obligation with those of the other SCPPA Participants under the other Power Sales Agreements to which such SCPPA Participants are parties.
