Common use of Participant’s Representations, Warranties and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Participant’s Representations, Warranties and Agreements. In connection with the exercise of any Options, the Participant shall make to the Company, in writing, such representations, warranties and agreements in connection with such exercise and investment in Class A Common Shares as the Committee shall reasonably request.
