PARTICIPATING ADDENDUM CHANGES Clause Samples

The "Participating Addendum Changes" clause defines the process and authority for modifying the terms of a participating addendum to a master agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who may propose changes, the required approvals, and the formal steps needed to amend the addendum, such as written consent or mutual agreement between the parties. Its core function is to provide a clear, structured method for updating or adapting the addendum to reflect new circumstances or requirements, thereby ensuring that all modifications are properly documented and agreed upon.
