District’s Evaluation of Consultant and Consultant’s Employees and/or Subcontractors The District may evaluate the Consultant in any way the District is entitled pursuant to applicable law. The District’s evaluation may include, without limitation:
Objectives and Scope 1. The Parties confirm their joint objective of strengthening their relations by developing their political dialogue and reinforcing their cooperation.
Pre-Award Costs Pre-award costs are those incurred prior to the effective date of the award directly pursuant to the negotiation and in anticipation of the award where such costs are necessary to comply with the proposed delivery schedule or period of performance. Such costs are allowable only to the extent that they would have been allowable if incurred after the date of the award and only with the prior written approval of the Department.
Knowledge and Scholarship in Special Field Each certificated support person demonstrates a depth and breadth of knowledge of theory and content in the special field. He or she demonstrates an understanding of and knowledge about common school education and the educational milieu grades K-12 and demonstrates the ability to integrate the area of specialty into the total school milieu. Selection of Consulting Services 7. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, and except as set forth in the paragraph below, the Borrower shall apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging Consulting Services. Schedule 4
