Participating Local Governments receiving payments. The proportions set forth in Exhibit B provide for payments directly to: (i) all Minnesota counties; and (ii) all Minnesota cities that (a) have a population of more than 30,000, based on the United States Census Bureau’s Vintage 2019 population totals, (b) have funded or otherwise managed an established health care or treatment infrastructure (e.g., health department or similar agency), or (c) have initiated litigation against the Settling Defendants as of December 3, 2021.
