Receiving Payments. If another person wants to initiate a Payment Instruction (including in response to a Popmoney Request, if applicable) using the Popmoney Service to an Eligible Transaction Account you hold or, as applicable, if you as a Requestor want to initiate a Popmoney Request, he, she or you can do that from the Site or from an Eligible Transaction Account at a financial institution that participates in the Popmoney Service or at the Popmoney Website. You understand and agree that there may be a delay between the time you are notified of the pending Payment Instruction and the deposit of the payment funds into your Eligible Transaction Account, and you may be required to take additional steps to facilitate the deposit of the payment of funds into your Eligible Transaction Account. You authorize the Sender, the financial institution which holds the Sender's Eligible Transaction Account and us (including through the Site) to send emails to you and text messages to your mobile phone in connection with the Sender's initiation of Payment Instructions to you, and, as a Receiver, you may also receive Popmoney Requests from others through the Service. You acknowledge and agree that in the event that funds are transferred into your Eligible Transaction Account as a result of a Payment Instruction and it is determined that such transfer was improper because it was not authorized by the sender, because there were not sufficient funds in the sender's account, or for any other reason, then you hereby authorize us or our Service Provider to withdraw from your Eligible Transaction Account an amount equal to the amount of funds improperly transferred to you. If applicable, if you as a Requestor initiate a Popmoney Request using the Service you acknowledge and agree that as disclosed on the Site (a) the applicable service fee will be deducted from payments received by you from a Sender(s), and (b) no service fee will be charged if you as the Requestor do not receive any payments from the individuals to whom the Popmoney Request is sent. Further details about the foregoing can be found on the Site. You acknowledge and agree that individuals to whom you send a Popmoney Request may not receive, or otherwise may reject or ignore, your Popmoney Request. We do not guarantee that you will receive any payments from individuals by initiating a Popmoney Request.

By using the Zelle® Payment Service, you agree and authorize us to initiate credit entries to the bank account you have enrolled. If another person wants to initiate a Payment Instruction (including in response to a Zelle® Payment Request, if applicable) using the Zelle® Payment Service to an Eligible Transaction Account you hold or, as applicable, if you as a Requestor want to initiate a Zelle® Payment Request, he, she or you can do that from the Site or from an Eligible Transaction Account at a financial institution that participates in the Zelle® Payment Service or at a Zelle® Standalone Location. If you are receiving a payment from a business or government agency, your payment will be delivered in accordance with both this Agreement and the procedures of the business or government agency that is sending you the payment.

If you are receiving a payment from a business or government agency, your payment will be delivered in accordance with both this Agreement and the procedures of the business or government agency that is sending you the payment. For the Zelle Payment Service, most transfers of money to you from other Users will typically occur within minutes. There may be other circumstances when the payment may take longer. • For example, in order to protect you, us, Xxxxx and the other Network Financial Institutions, we may need or Zelle may need additional time to verify your identity or the identity of the person sending the money. • We may also delay or block the transfer to prevent fraud or to meet our regulatory obligations. If we delay or block a payment that you have initiated through a request for money, we will notify you in accordance with your User preferences (i.e., email, text message). Receiving Payments. If a friend or family member sends funds to you, the funds will appear in your PayPal balance. To receive funds in a currency your account is not currently configured to accept, it may be necessary to create a balance in that currency or convert the funds into another currency. Certain currencies can only be received by converting the balance into another currency that PayPal allows you to hold. If the balance is converted, PayPal's transaction exchange rate (including our currency conversion fee) will be used. Fees for Sending payments to Friends and Family The fees applicable to sending funds can be found in our Sending funds table and will be disclosed to you in advance each time you initiate a transaction to send funds to a friend or family member. If you convert your PayPal balance from one currency to another, PayPal's transaction exchange rate (including our currency conversion fee) will be used. If you send funds to a friend or family member from a third party (non-PayPal) website or by using a third party's product or service, then the third party will determine if the sender or recipient pays the fee. This will be disclosed to you by the third party before the payment is initiated.

By integrating (including by having already integrated) into your online checkout/platform any functionality intended to enable a payer without a PayPal account to send a payment to your PayPal account, you agree to all further terms of use of that functionality which PayPal will make available to you on any page on the PayPal or Braintree website (including any page for developers and our Legal Agreements page) or online platform. Such further terms include the PayPal Alternative Payment Methods Agreement. The receipt of a payment into your account does not equate to the receipt of cleared funds. A notification that a payment has been sent to you does not amount to a receipt of electronic money in your account unless you have accepted the payment. We may allow you to accept payments in any currency supported by our Service from time to time. Where you (instead of PayPal) offer the payer at the point of sale a currency conversion of an amount you receive through PayPal, you will inform the buyer of the exchange rate and any charges that will be applied to the payment transaction. PayPal has no liability to any buyer if you fail to inform the buyer of the exchange rate and charges. You acknowledge that if you fail to disclose the exchange rate and charges to the buyer this may constitute a criminal offence by you. Any payment sent to you may be subject to a reversal, payment review, limitation, reserve or hold as allowed under this user agreement. Receiving limits We may, at our discretion, impose limits on the amount and value of payments you can receive, including money you receive for purchases. To lift your receiving limit, you must follow the steps that we will notify to you or publish from time to time (which we may set out in your account overview). New checkout solution Our new checkout solution consists of: • our dedicated bundled checkout capability in your online checkout/platform to enable a buyer with or without an account to send a payment to your account; and • our supporting Fraud Tool. We may offer you all, any part or any combination of parts of the new checkout solution as our new checkout solution service.
