Participating State/Entity Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement. (These modifications or additions apply only to actions and relationships within the Participating Entity.) Discriminatory Vendors. A vendor placed on the discriminatory vendor list pursuant to section 287.134 of the Florida Statutes may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, sub-contractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; or transact business with any public entity.
