Participation Agreement Services. The Servicer, in its capacity as the seller under the Participation Agreement, shall comply with its obligations and agreement thereunder, including the delivery of distributions from time to time, the conveyance of information and documents received by the Servicer from time to time and the administration and enforcement of the Transferred Rights, in each case, pursuant to the terms of the Participation Agreement, including the standard of care set forth therein.
