Participation Assessment. A non-refundable participation assessment of $1,200 by February 11, 2022 (or $1,450 if paid after February 11, 2022 – NO EXCEPTIONS) for the lot on which the Member is to provide a display home for the Home Show will be paid to the Association in full at the time of submission of this signed agreement to the Association. If the Member fails to have available said display home as hereby agreed, the entire participation assessment shall be surrendered to the Association as liquidated damages. There shall be no refund of any amount paid by Member under any circumstances.

Participation Assessment. A non-refundable participation assessment of $500 ($400 for multiple entries) by February 25, 2022 (or $600 if paid after February 25, 2022 – NO EXCEPTIONS) for which the undersigned member of the association is to provide product/services at a tour home location mutually agreed upon between the Associate member and participating builder for the Home Show and will pay to the association in full at the time of submission of this signed agreement to the association. If the undersigned fails to represent at said builder location as hereby agreed, the entire participation assessment shall be surrendered to the association as liquidated damages.

  • Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.7. The United States reserves the right to withdraw or withhold its consent if the comments regarding the Consent Decree disclose facts or considerations indicating that the Consent Decree is inappro- priate, improper, or inadequate. Defendant consents to entry of this Consent Decree without further notice and agrees not to withdraw from or oppose entry of this Consent Decree by the Court or to challenge any provision of the Decree, unless the United States has notified Defendant in writing that it no longer supports entry of the Decree.

  • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • Participation Fees Vendor or vendor assigned dealer Agreements to pay the participation fee for all Agreement sales to TIPS on a monthly scheduled report. Vendor must login to the TIPS database and use the “Submission Report” section to report sales. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealers are responsible for keeping record of all sales that go through the TIPS Agreement. Failure to pay the participation fee will result in termination of Agreement.
