It is the policy of Broward County that ACDBE firms, as defined herein, can compete fairly for opportunities as Contractor, prime contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers on all contracts awarded by County to ensure a level playing field. Contractor hereby agrees to take all necessary and reasonable steps, including compliance with the matters set forth in this section in accordance with 49 CFR Part 23, as amended, to ensure that the ACDBE firms have fair opportunity to compete for and perform contracts.
