Common use of Participation by Electronic Communications Clause in Contracts

Participation by Electronic Communications. A governor may participate in a Board meeting by any means of communication through which the governor, other governors so participating and all governors physically present at the meeting may simultaneously hear each other during the meeting. A governor so participating shall be deemed present in person at the meeting.
