Common use of Participation By Payees Clause in Contracts

Participation By Payees. Occasionally a Payee may choose not to participate in Bill Pay, or may require additional information before accepting payments. We will work with these Payees to encourage them to accept an electronic or check payment from the Bank. If we are unsuccessful, or if we determine that the Payee cannot process payments in a timely manner, we may decline future payments to this Payee. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will promptly send you a notice. Any obligations that you wish to pay through Online Ba nking with Bill Pay must be payable in U.S. dollars to a Payee located in the United States. We reserve the right to restrict categories of Payees to whom payments may be made using the service.
