The members of the Investment Committee may participate in meetings of the Investment Committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other. Participation in a meeting pursuant to this Section 5.11 shall constitute presence in person at such meeting within the meaning of Section 5.09 hereof, or for any other purpose.
