Telephonic Meetings Sample Clauses

Telephonic Meetings. Members of any committee designated by the Management Directors may participate in or hold a meeting by use of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all committee members participating in the meeting can hear each other. Participation in a meeting pursuant to this Section shall constitute presence in person at such meeting, except where a committee member participates in the meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the grounds that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.

Telephonic Meetings. Any meeting of the Board may be held by conference telephone call or through similar communications equipment by means of which all Persons participating in the meeting are able to hear each other.
