Common use of PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT Clause in Contracts

PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. 98.1. The Contractor agrees that neither the Contractor nor any substantially owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Federal Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce (“Commerce Department”) promulgated thereunder. 98.2. Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of the Contractor or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof for participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his/her option, render forfeit and void this Contract. 98.3. The Contractor shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6-114 of the Administrative Code and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.

PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. 98.184.1. Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of the Contractor or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof for participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his/her option, render forfeit and void this Contract. 98.384.3. The Contractor shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6-114 of the Administrative Code and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.

The Contractor shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6-114 of the Administrative Code and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.

The Contractor shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6-114 of the Administrative Code and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.

PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. 98.1. 66.1 The Contractor agrees that neither the Contractor nor any substantially owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Federal Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce (“Commerce Department”) promulgated thereunder. 98.2. 66.2 Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of the Contractor or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof for participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his/her option, render forfeit and void this Contract. 98.3. 66.3 The Contractor shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6-114 of the Administrative Code and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.

The Contractor agrees that neither the Contractor nor any substantially owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Federal Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce (“Commerce Department”) promulgated thereunder. 98.266.2. Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of the Contractor or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof for participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his/her option, render forfeit and void this Contract. 98.366.3. The Contractor shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6-114 of the Administrative Code and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.

PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. 98.1. A. The Contractor agrees that neither the Contractor nor any substantially substantially-owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Federal Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or of the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce (“Commerce Department”) promulgated thereunder. 98.2. B. Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of the Contractor or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof for thereof, of participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 19791976, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his/her his option, render forfeit and void this Contractcontract. 98.3. C. The Contractor shall comply in all respects, respects with the provisions of Section 6-114 l14 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.

(b) Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of of, the Contractor or a substantially-substantially owned affiliated company thereof for thereof, or participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, Corporation may at his/her option, its option terminate and render forfeit and void this ContractAgreement. 98.3. (c) The Contractor shall comply comply, in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6343-114 10.0 of the Administrative Code of the City and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller of the City thereunder.
