Community Participation. Goods and works required for Part A (d) of the Project shall be procured in accordance with procedures set forth in the Project Implementation Manual and acceptable to the Association.
Community Participation. Goods and works required for Subprojects may, pursuant to paragraph 3.15 of the guidelines, be procured in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Association and defined in the Project Implementation Manual.
