Common use of Participation in Benefits Clause in Contracts

Participation in Benefits. During the Term of Employee’s employment by Company, Employee shall be entitled to participate in the employee benefits offered generally by Company to its employees, to the extent that Employee’s position, tenure, salary, health and other qualifications make Employee eligible to participate. Employee’s participation in such benefits shall be subject to the terms of the applicable plans, as the same may be amended from time to time. Company does not guarantee the adoption or continuance of any particular employee benefit during Employee’s employment, and nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or shall in any way restrict the right of Company, to amend, modify or terminate any of its benefits during the Term.

During the Term term of EmployeeEXECUTIVE’s employment by CompanyEMPLOYER, Employee EXECUTIVE shall be entitled to participate in the employee benefits offered generally by Company EMPLOYER to its employees, to the extent that EmployeeEXECUTIVE’s position, tenure, salary, health health, and other qualifications make Employee EXECUTIVE eligible to participate. EmployeeEXECUTIVE’s participation in such benefits shall be subject to the terms of the applicable plans, as the same may be amended from time to time. Company EMPLOYER does not guarantee the adoption or continuance of any particular employee benefit during EmployeeEXECUTIVE’s employment, and nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or shall in any way restrict the right of CompanyEMPLOYER, to amend, modify or terminate any of its benefits during the Termterm of EXECUTIVE’s employment.

During the Term of Employee’s employment by CompanyTerm, Employee shall be entitled to participate in the employee benefits offered generally by the Company to its other similarly situated employees, to the extent that Employee’s position, tenure, salary, health and other qualifications make Employee eligible to participate. Employee’s participation in such benefits shall be subject to the terms of the applicable plans, as the same may be amended from time to time; provided, however, that for purposes of eligibility and vesting, Employee shall receive credit for Employee’s prior years of service at MPB. The Company does not guarantee the adoption or continuance of any particular employee benefit during Employee’s employment, and nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or shall in any way restrict the right of the Company, to amend, modify modify, or terminate any of its benefits during the Term.

Participation in Benefits. During the Term of Employee’s employment by Company, Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s employee benefits offered generally plans, as governed by Company to its employees, to the extent that Employee’s position, tenure, salary, health terms of the official plan documents. Employee may take time off for vacation and other qualifications make Employee eligible to participatesick leave as necessary and consistent with his job duties. Employee’s participation in such benefits shall be subject to the terms of the applicable plans, as the same may be amended from time to time. Company does not guarantee the adoption or continuance of any particular employee benefit plan during Employee’s employment, ; and nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or shall in any way restrict the right of Company, Company to amend, modify or terminate any of its benefits employee benefit plans at any time, including during the TermTerm of this Agreement.
