Any or all members of the Board of Managers may participate in a meeting of the Board of Managers by means of a conference telephone or other communications equipment allowing all Persons participating in the meeting to hear each other at the same time, and all meetings of the Board of Managers shall provide the option for participation by such means. Participation by such means shall constitute presence in Person at the meeting.
