PRE-BID CONFERENCE. Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, @ 2:00 PM, located at W220 Pre-con Conference Room, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx) Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. Attendance is not mandatory but is encouraged.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. If so directed by the Owner, the Design Professional shall conduct a pre-bid conference at the location designated by the Owner. At the conference, the Design Professional shall record and address questions from participating Contractors. The Design Professional shall respond by addenda to questions from participating Contractors. The Design Professional shall invite response to, revise with approval of the Owner, and confirm any unit costs called for in the Supplementary General Conditions. The Design Professional shall invite response to, revise with the approval of the Owner, and confirm the following items:
(a) The Contract Time;
(b) The daily rate for Liquidated Damages;
(c) The daily rate for Time Dependent Overhead Costs;
(d) Any Unit Prices to be added to the Bidding Documents by addenda; and
(e) Any other units or percentages required to be set by the Bidding Documents.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. A required pre-bid conference is held for vendors planning to submit proposals. The conference agenda items include the following: Bid packet terms and conditions. Line item specification review. Scope of work. Delivery parameters. Award criteria. Addendums. Proposal response requirements. Questions and answers.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The Procuring Entity will hold a pre-bid conference for this Project on the specified date and time and either at its physical address {[insert if applicable] and/or through videoconferencing/webcasting} as indicated in paragraph 6 of the IB.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. In conjunction with the Designer, the CM shall conduct a Pre-Bid Conference. These conferences shall be forums for the CM and Designer to explain to the bidders the Project requirements, including information concerning schedule requirements, time and cost control requirements, access requirements, contractor interfaces, minority and women’s business enterprise goals, the Project administrative requirements and technical information.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The A/E shall attend the Pre-bid Conferences and assist the PM as directed. The A/E shall prepare responses to questions from prospective bidders and provide clarifications and interpretations of the Bid Documents to all prospective bidders in the form of addenda.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference unless otherwise provided in the Bid Document. The pre-bid conference will be held at a time and place provided for in the Bid Document to answer any questions the prospective Bidders may have concerning this document, the bidding/selection/contracting process, and the usage of particular services/materials being procured through this specification. The Board, and any officers, employees, successors, administrators or agents of same, will not be responsible for mistakes made by Bidders due to their failure to attend the pre-bid conference. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference may be cause to reject your Bid. Questions and inquiries concerning this Bid shall be directed to the person designated in the Bid Documents for receipt of such questions or, if no such person is designated, to Director, Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxx 00000. Questions should be submitted in writing ten days prior to the pre-bid conference. All questions and answers covered at the pre-bid conference will be mailed to those in attendance at that conference. While every effort will be made to answer all questions at the pre-bid conference, the written response to any such questions shall be controlling in the event of a conflict with an oral response given at the pre-bid conference.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. If the Owner and Architect agree that a pre-bid conference will be advantageous to the Project, the Architect shall organize and conduct a pre-bid conference for prospective bidders. If pre-bid conference attendance is to be a prerequisite to bidding, the Architect shall state this fact in the Advertisement for Bids.
