PRE-BID CONFERENCE. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, @ 2:00 PM, located at W220 Pre-con Conference Room, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx) Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. Attendance is not mandatory but is encouraged.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. A required pre-bid conference is held for vendors planning to submit proposals. The conference agenda items include the following: Bid packet terms and conditions. Line item specification review. Scope of work. Delivery parameters. Award criteria. Addendums. Proposal response requirements. Questions and answers.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. If so directed by the Owner, the Design Professional shall conduct a pre-bid conference at the location designated by the Owner. At the conference, the Design Professional shall record and address questions from participating Contractors. The Design Professional shall respond by addenda to questions from participating Contractors. The Design Professional shall invite response to, revise with approval of the Owner, and confirm any unit costs called for in the Supplementary General Conditions. PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The Procuring Entity will hold a pre-bid conference for this Project on the specified date and time and either at its physical address {[insert if applicable] and/or through videoconferencing/webcasting} as indicated in paragraph 6 of the IB.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The A/E shall attend the Pre-bid Conferences and assist the PM as directed. The A/E shall prepare responses to questions from prospective bidders and provide clarifications and interpretations of the Bid Documents to all prospective bidders in the form of addenda.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The CM shall conduct, in conjunction with the Owner and Designer, Pre-Bid Conferences. These conferences shall be forums for the Owner, CM and Designer to explain the Project requirements to the bidders, including information concerning schedule requirements, time and cost control requirements, access requirements, the Owner’s administrative requirements and technical information.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. If the Owner and Architect agree that a pre-bid conference will be advantageous to the Project, the Architect shall organize and conduct a pre-bid conference for prospective bidders. If pre-bid conference attendance is to be a prerequisite to bidding, the Architect shall state this fact in the Advertisement for Bids.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The Consultant shall: • Attend and provide technical support at one (1) pre-bid conference to be held at the City offices.
