Common use of Participation in Employee Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Employee Benefit Plans. During the Term, Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans and programs that may be available to other senior executives of the Company from time to time.

During the Term, Executive will be eligible entitled during the Term to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans and programs of the Company that may be available to other senior executives of the Company, on the same terms as those other executives. The Company from may at any time to timeamend, modify, suspend or terminate any employee benefit plan, program or arrangement for any reason in its sole discretion.
