Common use of Participation in Employee Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

The Executive will be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans from time to time in effect for senior executives of the Company generally, except to the extent such plans are duplicative of benefits otherwise provided to the Executive under this Agreement (e.g., a severance pay plan).
