Common use of Participation in Employee Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Employee Benefit Plans. Executive shall be entitled to participate in such medical, dental, disability, hospitalization, life insurance, profit sharing and other benefit plans as the Company shall maintain from time to time for the benefit of executive officers of the Company, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in such plans. In addition, during the term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to a comprehensive annual physical performed, at the company's expense, by the physician or medical group of Executive's choosing.

Participation in Employee Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in such medical, dental, disability, hospitalization, life insurance, profit sharing and other benefit plans as the Company shall maintain from time to time for the benefit of executive officers of the Company, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in such plans. In addition, during the term of this Agreement, Executive shall if and to the extent eligible, to participate in any health, hospitalization or disability insurance plan, pension plan or similar benefit plan of the Company, which may be entitled available to a comprehensive annual physical performedsenior executives of the Company generally, at on the company's expense, by the physician or medical group of Executive's choosingsame terms as such other executives.

During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate equitably with other executive officers commensurate with Executive’s position with the Company, in such medicalany plan of the Company relating to pension, dentalthrift, disability, hospitalizationprofit sharing, life insurance, profit sharing and disability income insurance, medical coverage, education, or other benefit plans as retirement or employee benefits that the Company shall maintain from time to time has adopted or may adopt for the benefit of its executive officers of the Companyofficers, on the terms and subject to the terms, conditions set forth in and limitations of any such plans. In addition, during the term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to a comprehensive annual physical performed, at the company's expense, by the physician or medical group of Executive's choosingplan.

The Company will provide additional compensation to Executive to the extent the Company’s benefit plans as for health and life insurance are less favorable in the Company shall maintain from time to time for the benefit of executive officers of the Company, on the terms and subject aggregate to the conditions set forth in such plans.
