Common use of Participation in Other Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Other Plans. Except as otherwise provided herein or in the applicable plan, the Executive’s participation in all other plans of the Company or previously available to Executive shall cease on the Separation Date.

Participation in Other Plans. Except as otherwise provided herein or in the applicable plan, the Executive’s participation in all other plans available to corporate officers of the Company or previously available to Executive Employer shall cease on the Separation DateDate of Termination and, except as provided herein, Executive shall not be eligible for any other benefits or perquisites.

Except as otherwise provided herein or in the applicable plan, the Executive’s participation in all other plans available to Corporate Officers of the Company Corporation or previously available to Executive (including but not limited to the housing allowance and education assistance) shall cease on the Separation Termination Date.
