PARTICIPATION IN SELECTION OF ADMINISTRATION. The Board will establish a committee, which will include two (2) members appointed by the Association to interview prospective building principal finalists who have been selected by the Board. The committee will make recommendation(s) to the Board of Education within five (5) calendar days of the interviews. Such recommendations(s) shall be solicited by the Board prior to the awarding of a contract(s) to the selected finalists. The Board of Education will have final selection in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code and in accordance with the provision of Section 2.08.
