Common use of Participation in sport Clause in Contracts

Participation in sport. Unless the School is notified in writing to the contrary, the Parents consent to the Student participating, under supervision, in contact sports and in other normal sports and activities which may entail some risk of physical injury. In the absence of negligence or other breach of duty by the School, the School shall have no liability whatsoever, for any harm a Student may suffer in participating in contact sports or other sports or physical activities.
