Common use of Participation in Third Party Payor Programs Clause in Contracts

Participation in Third Party Payor Programs. The Lessee and each Sublessee shall participate in all Third Party Payor Programs (which would be participated in by a prudent operator in the good faith exercise of commercially reasonable business judgment), in accordance with all requirements thereof (including, without limitation, all applicable Provider Agreements), and shall remain eligible to participate in such Third Party Payor Programs, all as shall be necessary for the prudent operation of the Facility in the good faith exercise of commercially reasonable business judgment.

Participation in Third Party Payor Programs. The Lessee and each Sublessee any other Acceptable Licensed Operator shall participate in all Third Party Payor Programs (which would be participated in by a prudent operator in the good faith exercise of commercially reasonable business judgment), in accordance with all requirements thereof (including, without limitation, all applicable Provider Agreements), and shall remain eligible to participate in such Third Party Payor Programs, all as shall be necessary for the prudent operation of the Facility in the good faith exercise of commercially reasonable business judgment.

The Lessee and each Sublessee Sublessee, other than Deaconess, shall participate in all Third Party Payor Programs (which would be participated in by a prudent operator in the good faith exercise of commercially reasonable business judgment), in accordance with all requirements thereof (including, without limitation, all applicable Provider Agreements), and shall remain eligible to participate in such Third Party Payor Programs, all as shall be necessary for the prudent operation of the Facility in the good faith exercise of commercially reasonable business judgment.

The Lessee and each Sublessee Borrower shall participate in all Third Party Payor Programs (which would be participated in by a prudent operator in the good faith exercise of commercially reasonable business judgmentjudgement), in accordance with all requirements thereof (including, without limitation, all applicable Provider Agreements), and shall remain eligible to participate in such all other Third Party Payor Programs, all Programs as shall be necessary for the prudent operation of the Facility Facilities in the good faith exercise of commercially reasonable business judgment.

The From and after the Conversion Date, Lessee and each Sublessee shall participate in all Third Party Payor Programs (which would be participated in by a prudent operator in the good faith exercise of commercially reasonable business judgment), in accordance with all requirements thereof (including, without limitation, all applicable Provider Agreements), and shall remain eligible to participate in such Third Party Payor Programs, all as shall be necessary for the prudent operation of the Facility in the good faith exercise of commercially reasonable business judgment.
