Participation in Union programmes and agencies. In case of participation in Union programmes and agencies, implementation shall consist of payment to the programme or agency budget by the IPA II beneficiary. The respective country or multi-country programme may foresee contributions to the cost of the IPA II beneficiaries' participation in Union programmes and agencies.
