Participation on District Committees. 4.2.3.1 Unit member participation on all District committees shall be on a voluntary basis. 4.2.3.2 If the Committee meets during the duty day, unit members shall be granted release time during their workday at no loss of pay or benefits to fulfill the obligations of the appointment.
