The subjects interested in participating in the Initiative are informed that participation in the Initiative does not in itself determine any right to receive compensation, for any reason, and that the expenses incurred for participation (such as, for example, the costs of accommodation and travel expenses) will in no case be incurred and/or reimbursed by the Organization. Participation is guaranteed to anyone who meets the required requirements, subject to the unquestionable selection of the best candidate projects by dpixel. The enrollment procedure involves filling in every part of an in-depth question form and uploading a presentation document. Each project must compulsorily accept these Regulations. Registrations for the Initiative in different ways or beyond the terms established by dpixel will not be accepted. The personal data of the members will be processed by the Organization in accordance with the regulatory provisions on the protection of personal data. The Organization reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the data provided by the Participants and to immediately exclude from the Initiative those who have made statements or provided untruthful data.
