Participations of Lenders. Each such payment made by a Lender shall be treated as the purchase by such Lender of a participating interest in GWI’s Reimbursement Obligation under §5.3 in an amount equal to such payment. Each Applicable Lender shall share in accordance with its participating interest in any interest which accrues pursuant to §5.3.
