Common use of Participations of Lenders Clause in Contracts

Participations of Lenders. Each such payment made by a Lender shall be treated as the purchase by such Lender of a participating interest in the Borrowers' Reimbursement Obligation under ss. 4.2 in an amount equal to such payment. Each Lender shall share in accordance with its participating interest in any interest which accrues pursuant to ss. 4.2.
