Common use of Particular Covenants Clause in Contracts

Particular Covenants. (a) The Borrower and the Association shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program and the actions specified in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. (b) Prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower shall furnish to the Association for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request. (c) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section, the Borrower shall exchange views with the Association on any proposed action to be taken after the disbursement of the Credit which would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program, or any action taken under the Program, including any action specified in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Section 3.02. Upon the Association’s request, the Borrower shall: (a) have the Deposit Account audited in accordance with appropriate auditing principles consistently applied, by independent auditors acceptable to the Association; (b) furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than four months after the date of the Association’s request for such audit, a certified copy of the report of such audit by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested; and (c) furnish to the Association such other information concerning the Deposit Account and the audit thereof as the Association shall have reasonably requested.

Particular Covenants. Particular Covenants. (a) The Borrower undertakes to implement the Program with due diligence to ensure that actions and policies adopted under the Program are put into effect. (b) The Borrower and the Association shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program and the actions specified in Schedule 2 to this AgreementProgram. (bc) Prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower shall furnish to the Association for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request. (cd) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section, the Borrower shall exchange views with the Association on any proposed action to be taken after the disbursement of the Credit which would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program, or any action taken under the Program, including any action specified in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Section 3.02. Upon the Association’s request, the Borrower shall: (a) have the Deposit Account audited in accordance with appropriate auditing principles consistently applied, by independent auditors acceptable to the Association; (b) furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than four months after the date of the Association’s request for such audit, a certified copy of the report of such audit by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested; and (c) furnish to the Association such other information concerning the Deposit Account and the audit thereof as the Association shall have reasonably requested.

Particular Covenants. (a) The Borrower and the Association Bank shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program and the actions specified in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. (b) Prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower shall furnish to the Association Bank for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Association Bank shall reasonably request. (c) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section, the Borrower shall exchange views with the Association Bank on any proposed action to be taken after the disbursement of the Credit Loan which would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program, or any action taken under the Program, including any action specified in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Section 3.02. Upon the AssociationBank’s request, the Borrower shall: (a) have the Deposit Account audited in accordance with appropriate auditing principles consistently applied, by independent auditors acceptable to the AssociationBank; (b) furnish to the Association Bank as soon as available, but in any case not later than four (4) months after the date of the AssociationBank’s request for such audit, a certified copy of the report of such audit by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Association Bank shall have reasonably requested; and (c) furnish to the Association Bank such other information concerning the Deposit Account and the audit thereof as the Association Bank shall have reasonably requested.

Particular Covenants. (c) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section, the Borrower shall exchange views with the Association on any proposed action to be taken after the disbursement of the Credit which would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program, or any action taken under the Program, including any requirement or action specified in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Section 3.02. Upon the Association’s request, the Borrower shall: (a) have the Deposit Account audited in accordance with appropriate appro- priate auditing principles consistently applied, by independent auditors acceptable to the Association; (b) furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than four six (6) months after the date of the Association’s request for such audit, a certified copy of the report of such audit by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested; and (c) furnish to the Association such other information concerning the Deposit Account and the audit thereof as the Association shall have reasonably requested.

(a) The Borrower Recipient and the Association shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program and the actions specified in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. (b) Prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower Recipient shall furnish to the Association for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request. (c) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section, the Borrower Recipient shall exchange views with the Association on any proposed action to be taken after the disbursement of the Credit Grant which would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program, or any action taken under the Program, including any action specified in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Section 3.02. Upon the Association’s request, the Borrower The Recipient shall: (a) have the Deposit Account audited in accordance with appropriate auditing principles consistently applied, by independent auditors acceptable to the Association; (b) furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than four months after the date of the Association’s request for such auditlast disbursement from the Deposit Account has been made, a certified copy of the report of such audit by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested; and (c) furnish to the Association such other information concerning the Deposit Account and the audit thereof as the Association shall have reasonably requested.

Upon the Association’s request, the Borrower shall: (a) have the Deposit Account audited in accordance with appropriate auditing principles consistently applied, by independent auditors acceptable to the Association; (b) furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than four months after the date of the Association’s request for such audit, a certified copy of the report of such audit by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested; and (c) furnish to the Association such other information concerning the Deposit Account and the audit thereof as the Association shall have reasonably requested.

Upon the Association’s request, the Borrower shall: (a) have the Deposit Account audited in accordance with appropriate auditing principles consistently applied, applied by independent auditors acceptable to the Association; (b) furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than four months after the date of the Association’s request for such audit, a certified copy of the report of such audit by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested; and (c) furnish to the Association such other information concerning the Deposit Account and the audit thereof as the Association shall have reasonably requested.

Particular Covenants. (a) The Borrower and the Association Bank shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program and the actions specified in Schedule 2 3 to this Agreement. (b) Prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower shall furnish to the Association Bank for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Association Bank shall reasonably request. (c) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section, the Borrower shall exchange views with the Association Bank on any proposed action to be taken after the disbursement of the Credit Loan which would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program, or any action taken under the Program, including any action specified in Schedule 2 3 to this Agreement. Section 3.02. Upon the AssociationBank’s request, the Borrower shall: (a) have the Deposit Account audited in accordance with appropriate appro- priate auditing principles consistently applied, by independent auditors acceptable to the AssociationBank; (b) furnish to the Association Bank as soon as available, but in any case not later than four six months after the date of the AssociationBank’s request for such audit, a certified copy of the report of such audit by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Association Bank shall have reasonably requested; and (c) furnish to the Association Bank such other information concerning the Deposit Account and the audit thereof as the Association Bank shall have reasonably reason- ably requested.

Upon the Association’s request, the The Borrower shall: (a) maintain or cause to be maintained, in accordance with sound accounting practices consistently applied, records and accounts reflecting movements in the Deposit Account; (b) have the Deposit Account audited in accordance with appropriate auditing principles consistently applied, by independent auditors acceptable to the AssociationBank; (bc) furnish to the Association Bank as soon as available, but in any case not later than four three (3) months after the date of the Association’s request for such auditClosing Date, a certified copy of the report of such audit by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Association Bank shall have reasonably requested; and (cd) furnish to the Association Bank such other information concerning the Deposit Account and the audit thereof as the Association Bank shall have reasonably requested.
