PARTIES AND AGREEMENTS. This contract is an agreement between Fort Xxxxx Community College hereinafter referred to as “The College,” and the student. If the student is under 18 years of age at the time of signing this contract, this contract is also an agreement between the College and his/her parents, guardian, or other guarantor.
