Common use of Parties and Purpose Clause in Contracts

Parties and Purpose. 2.1 This Agreement is between The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, a foundation established under the laws of Switzerland (the “Global Fund”), and the CCM Funding Recipient (each a “Party” and together, the “Parties”). 2.2 This Agreement sets out the terms upon which the Global Fund will make available funding up to the amount stated in the face sheet of this Agreement to support the activities of the CCM.
