Common use of Parties’ Authority Clause in Contracts

Parties’ Authority. The City and YVHA represent that each has the authority to enter into this Agreement according to applicable Colorado law and the City's Home Rule Charter and Ordinances, and each represents that the terms and conditions hereof are not in violation of any agreement previously entered into by such party. This Agreement shall not become effective until a resolution or other necessary authorizations for the execution of the Agreement are effective.
