Parties' Contribution. (a) Subject to Clause 12.5.3(b), each Party shall contribute towards the aggregate Parties' Contribution in the following proportions (and any references in this Agreement to "Proportionate Basis" shall apply these proportions): Conwy Council 1/8th Denbighshire Council 1/8th Flintshire Council 1/8th Gwynedd Council 1/8th The Isle of Anglesey Council 1/8th Wrexham Council 1/8th Bangor University 1/16th Wrexham University 1/16th Coleg Cambria 1/16th GRWP Llandrillo Menai 1/16th NWMD £0 in cash with 1/8 to be delivered “in kind” in accordance with clause 11.4.4
