Parties Dealing With the Litigation Trustee. In the absence of actual knowledge to the contrary, any Person dealing with the Litigation Trust or the Litigation Trustee shall be entitled to rely on the authority of the Litigation Trustee or any of the Litigation Trustee’s agents to act in connection with the Litigation Trust Assets. There is no obligation of any Person dealing with the Litigation Trustee to inquire into the validity or expediency or propriety of any transaction by the Litigation Trustee or any agent of the Litigation Trustee.
